As always, there were lots of great Disney blog posts this week, so let’s jump right in!

Shawn Slater at DisneyShawn spent the week leading up to Halloween writing a great series about the Haunted Mansion, beginning with an article about oft-overlooked exterior details.

Etckt has a write-up about how Adventures by Disney is teaming up with HarperCollins Children’s Books to launch a project called “The Search for Flat Stanley’s Next BIG Adventure”.

In the October 29, 2009 issue of the Main Street Gazette, Ryan Wilson writes about fountains and wells around Walt Disney World and how Disney uses wishing coins to bring hope to others.

Over at Disney Every Day, Amanda Tinney takes readers on a video tour of the Halloween decorations at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

AJ at The Disney Food Blog continues her series on Disney pool bars with a look at the Boardwalk Inn’s Leaping Horse Libations.

And last but not least, Matterhorn1959 at Stuff from the Park shows off Disneyland souvenirs from 1963, including a round-trip ticket for the Skyway.
